Tennessee River Artist and Blacksmith Association (TRABA), a 501c(3) organization, is located in McKenzie, TN. TRABA offers a variety of opportunities for individuals whose blacksmithing talents range from beginner to expert levels.

The overall goal of TRABA is to increase awareness of the ancient art of blacksmithing and perpetuate the growth of this lost art form. TRABA offers classes for beginners of all ages; you are never too old (or too young) to start an adventure in learning. Classes offered are limited seating to ensure one on one interaction giving the student the attention needed to instill a love for smithing. Demonstrations are sponsored for beginners and experts.

Demonstrations are open to the members and guests and span a range from beginner projects to technics that challenge the experts.

This website is for use by members of Tennessee River Artist Blacksmith Association, as well as any individual interested in the ancient art of blacksmithing. This site is under constant review and will undergo many updates.

As this site progresses you will be provided with an opportunity to learn the art of blacksmithing or expand an already engrained interest in the art.
